for being listed on this site

1. You agree to check my email on a frequent basis and to respond to all queries in a timely manner.
2. You agree to inform nomorehiding as soon as possible should you begin to receive unwanted emails
3. You understand that periodically you will receive emails from nomorehiding and that if asked to you should reply to these as soon as possible and that ignoring such emails may result in your online portfolio being removed as well as any other services (paid for or otherwise) being suspended!
4. You understand that nomorehiding encourages photographers/models to report models/photographers (listed on nomorehiding) that are being unresponsive and that you will be expected to give an explanation (to nomorehiding) should a complaint be made against you.
5. You understand that you must inform nomorehiding as soon as possible if you change your email address.
6. You understand that your profile must have at least half a dozen photos displayed at all times. Profiles without photos are removed, without warning. Your photos must be of a professional standard. We will remove any that we do not consider professional enough. You must have permission to use any photograph displayed, we reserve the right to request proof of this permission. Photographers: your photos must be yours. We reserve the right to request proof of authorship, or to remove profiles (without warning) that we suspect of using stolen photos.
7. You understand that if you decide that you do not want to advertise your services as a photographer/model anymore you will email nomorehiding as soon as possible and ask for the portfolio to be removed.
8. You understand that nomorehiding is a listing site only, is not a model/photographer agency, and is not responsible for the details that models/photographers place on their portfolios (profiles).
9. You understand that nomorehiding promotes the adult entertainment industry and therefore may require proof of ID from both photographers or models before listing a profile. In addition, nomorehiding reserves the right to suspend any models profile should a complaint be made and until proof of ID can be provided.
10. You understand that any changes you request to my portfolio, including removing your portfolio or listing, may take a number of days to action.
11. You understand that these conditions may change at any time, possibly without notice, and that it is your responsibility to periodically check the conditions and raise any objections or queries you may have as soon as possible.
12. You understand that if you fail to meet any of the above conditions that your online portfolio, and listing, and any associated services, may be withdrawn without notice, and any services paid for in advance will not be eligible for refund.

for contacting models/photographers on this site

1. All enquiries are monitored. This website aims to put photographers and glamour models in touch with each other - messages outside of this remit are frowned upon. We reserve the right to delete any messages that appear to be solicitations for sex (regardless of whether this is in the context of boy/girl work), or offers to list a model/photographer on another website. If you're looking for a "date" please look elsewhere. If you wish to promote your website we'd be happy to consider a link exchange.
2. We reserve the right to delete any messages we deem as unprofessional. For instance, messages written in 'txt spk' are routinely deleted. If you're a professional model/photographer we strongly recommend you communicate as such.
3. You understand all models and photographers are legally responsible for the details on their profiles and that nomorehiding is in no way associated with any of the photographers/models listed and that contacting a model/photographer via this site is entirely at your own risk.
4. You understand that it is your responsibility (as a photographer) to ask for AND check a model's date of birth and that nomorehiding.com is not responsible in any way for any implications, legal or otherwise, if you do not.
